All coaching packages are tailored to meet you or your family's needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach working with me.
Every client and family I work with is unique, so the way we work together is unique as well. I meet you where you are at, whatever stage of growth, and create realistic goals to get you to where you want to be.
Before we begin our journey together, I meet with the client and/or their family to determine my recommendations for coaching.
This type of coaching is for someone who is trying to level up. Maybe you have a specific goal or issue you want to tackle. Or maybe you are stagnant in your growth journey and are seeking a different type of support. Life coaching can be the accountability you need to get you there.
Some common issues I help people with:
I help individuals realize their own power and start living their best lives! This one-on-one collaborative experience allows for personalized goal setting and execution with ongoing communication with you and your support team.
I help individuals who may be transitioning out of treatment settings or not fit into a traditional level of care setting. I specialize in working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders or primary mental health concerns.
I work with adolescents and adults in recovery coaching capacities and do have a team of recovery coaches who can be available to support the individual work I am doing as well. Everyone's recovery path looks different and does not always include a traditional path. I work with people to find out what fills the hole in their soul and keeps them on track to live with joy and purpose.
Family is the cornerstone to an individual's recovery journey, regardless of their stage in recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder. Family coaching can be done regardless of the identified client's stage of change and they do not need to be involved in the coaching process. I find that family coaching is essential to finding your own peace of mind despite what your loved one is doing on their recovery journey.
If you are struggling with a loved one's current or past decisions with substances or their journey with their mental health, I am here to help you live in the now confidently and peacefully.
