My Treatment Philosophy
I believe in meeting people where they are at and matching the intervention with the individual's stage of change. My style is direct yet empathetic, gentle yet firm, professional yet silly. First and foremost, humans deserve to be treated as human beings not as a diagnosis. I am most interested in getting to know a person or family and building trust with them before we dive into the work. I strongly believe that no person gets better alone and we must build systems of support around the person who is suffering.
I utilize my intuition alongside clinical evidence-based interventions to maximize the time spent with the people I work with. I am interested in helping you level up your life, no matter where you are starting from. Because I know all things are possible.... so long as we are humble enough to accept the help that is given to us.
